Delete your account

In the app

Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation. This removes your account and associated progress records. Any guild you created is also deleted for its members.

By email

Email hello@rabealabs.com with the subject “Delete my Zenkai account.” Send it from your account email and tell us that you want the account and associated data deleted. If you cannot access that email, tell us so we can verify ownership another way. Do not send your password.

Apple subscriptions

If you have an Apple-billed subscription, deleting your Zenkai account does not cancel it. Manage or cancel it separately in your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. See Apple’s cancellation instructions.

What happens to the data?

Core records are deleted from the active database. Hosted Kai state is cleaned up separately at the next successful account-deletion check. Independent provider records, backups and moderation records may remain as explained in Retention and deletion. You can also request removal of a character or a copy of your information without closing the account.
