Report an image

Tell us if a Zenkai character depicts you without permission or should not exist.

Email hello@rabealabs.com with the subject “Takedown.” Include where you saw the image, what the concern is, and how to contact you. If it depicts you, say so; formal proof is not required to start a review.

Our process

We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and remove the image, or explain our decision, within 48 hours. For a report of an unconsented depiction of the person reporting, we remove first and investigate afterward. We keep a record of reports and outcomes.

Where characters appear

Characters are visible to their creator and, when they join a guild, to their guild members. There is no public character gallery. If an image was shared elsewhere, we can remove the source from our service but may not control external copies.
